Overview
This International Immersion Program is available to universities / colleges and other institutions who want to send a group of students for a short training visit to Brussels, Belgium.
The objective is to provide an amazing opportunity to learn business, innovation, entrepreneurship, technology, sustainability, hospitality as per the requirements of the organization in a multi-cultural environment.
To add to the learning and cultural exposure, the program takes place in the city of Brussels, Belgium, the Greenest Capital in Europe. Imagine what a wonderful opportunity it is to enjoy nature along with learning.
Brussels is a beautiful city, well-known as capital of Europe, but also because of its stunning architecture and cosmopolitan ambiance. A few hours by train, one can reach Paris, London, Amsterdam, etc. Brussels is not only known for its beauty, but the city is the host of the European Community and the Headquarters of many big companies.

Our objective of offering this immersion program is to provide enriched learning, cultural and industry exposure. We are one of the Summer Schools offering most specializations. Depending upon the learner group requirement, we can offer customized coursework in varied specializations including but not limited to:

Students participate in interactive courses, leadership workshops, company visits, project work, reflective writings, case studies, and many more. Each student prepares a presentation as a tangible outcome. In addition, students engage in team-building activities and sightseeing with peers from across the world to take away an experience of a lifelong global network.
Requirements
The participant must be 18 years of age for attending the program.
The participant must be a registered student at any other university/ educational institute across the world.
The participant must have studied in English language for at least 2 years.
The participant must possess a valid visum. We will help and guide in visa applications.

- Students can send their questions to [email protected] - please put "Europe in a Nutshell - 20 AUG" in the header of your e-mail
- Students participate to a webinar held on Thursday May 22nd at 20.00 Hrs. where all details will be explained verbally by Varekai
- We will make the application form available after the first Webinar.
- A second webinar is held 1 week later for students not available to participate to the first one

- completing an application form on-line
- sending an email to [email protected] with your motivation letter (1 page, in English)
| Confirmation of receipt of your application request
Validation process
| Verification of the baseline criteria (correctly filled-in application form and satisfying baseline application criteria)

| Evaluation of the motivation letter and the application information
Timeline
The information sharing Webinar will be held on Thursday the 22nd of May.
Application forms must be sent to Varekai before the 15th of June 2025.
1 week later, by the 22nd of June 2025, you will be informed if you have been accepted.
If needed we will hold short interviews during that week.
The payment should be based on the invoice each accepted participant receives by email from “Varekai Summer School”.
The payment of the registration fee is required to be transferred to the “Secrets of Europe” account, max. 10 days after receiving the invoice. The payment by the student is considered a confirmation of participation.
Varekai has the right to cancel the Summer School in case no 12 valid applications have been reached by June 15th.
